The largest gas company in Russia declared that Siemens did not carry out repairs.

About this on the TV channel "Russia 24" said the deputy chairman of the board of “Gazprom” Vitaly Markelov, stressing that the faulty engines for the Nord Stream are idle.

At the compressor station, engines are idle due to emergency failures, Vitaly Markelov said, but Siemens does not eliminate the problems.

Two days earlier, Gazprom announced the shutdown of the Siemens gas turbine engine at the Portovaya compressor station. The unit needs to be repaired in accordance with the instructions of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision of the Russian Federation.

"Portovaya" due to repairs that were not completed in a timely manner, it supplies no more than thirty-three cubic meters of gas per day.
